So we have arrived at the 10 year anniversary of the dreadful attacks on September 11th, 2001. As I sit here listening to Arvo Part, I am attempting to reminisce on that day, 10 years ago. Today.

Had lunch with my Mutter und Vater. It was good, yet, I always feel like our conversation comes to a screeching halt right before the crescendo occurs. Oh well, perhaps it’s best.
I am now sitting on Tumblr, debating on whether or not to do yoga or read. Perhaps both? Yes.

Yesterday
I went on a bike ride yesterday which turned out to be revelatory on a few fronts.
1. I went to my elementary school and rode around the track that used to seem like miles when I was so young. I gazed around the seemingly unchanged (yet aging) schoolyard. Looking at the place where I had played so often, and grown so much, truly impacted me. I didn’t so much long for the youthfulness...
